Massachusetts Limited Liability Company

RevCJM, LLC is a Massachusetts-registered Limited Liability Company. Rev. Christopher J. Mereschuk is the Founder and sole Member-Manager. The Company office is located in Northampton, Massachusetts. The Company carries professional liability insurance.

RevCJM, LLC Non-Discrimination Statement

RevCJM, LLC Conflict of Interest Policy

RevCJM, LLC seeks to foster connections with trusted individuals and organizations that specialize in or offer resources for work related to the work of RevCJM, LLC. These connections could come in the form of (but are not limited to) endorsements, preferred subcontractors, consultants, or specialists, published resource recommendations (online and paper copy), and referrals. 

In all cases, RevCJM, LLC does not offer or receive any financial compensation for such endorsements, recommendations, or referrals, nor are any of these relationships contingent upon receiving future financial compensation. 

In the event that an organization contracts with RevCJM, LLC through a referring individual or organization that explicitly requires or expects funds to be directed to that organization, such information will be disclosed upfront at the time of contract negotiations and project proposal. 

RevCJM, LLC strives to maintain integrity and transparency, and is guided by the expressed wishes and discernment outcomes of our clients. 

RevCJM, LLC Privacy Policy

Note: References to collecting Personal Information (PI) are most applicable to individual coaching engagements. However, all clients are covered by the company’s WISP and record keeping policies and procedures.

RevCJM, LLC will only collect the bare minimum Personal Information (PI) required to engage in contracted work. This information is typically limited to names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers. In cases where clients have submitted PI via Google Forms, the completed Google Form will be deleted from RevCJM LLC’s Google Drive after it has been printed. Physical copies of PI records are securely maintained at our office. 

RevCJM, LLC has adopted a Written Information Security Program (WISP) policy and procedures in conformity with the Massachusetts data security law, G.L. c. 93H, and its accompanying regulations, 201 C.M.R. 17.00.

RevCJM, LLC does not share, sell, or otherwise distribute Personal Information without the expressed permission of the client. 

Credentials & Background Check 

As an ordained Authorized Minister in the United Church of Christ (UCC), Rev. Christopher J. Mereschuk holds standing in the Hampshire Association of the Southern New England Conference, UCC. Rev. Mereschuk routinely completes an extensive criminal background check through Oxford Documents, as required by the UCC. He is current on required and supplemental Boundary Awareness trainings. Records of background checks and training certificates are available upon request. 

Logo Service Mark

RevCJM, LLC holds a service mark for the LLC logo in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Service Mark: a hand drawn anchor with the Greek letter “Alpha” on the left side and “Omega” on the right side, with the word “HOPE” beneath the anchor. This design was created and drawn by Rev. Christopher J. Mereschuk.
