Change happens to us. Transformation happens through us.
We often talk about changes that we need to make. I’ve come to believe that change has already happened: the pandemic, shifting societal trends and demographics, financial realities. Sometimes when we seek to “change” something, we really just swap one thing out for another. But when we recognize, accept, and respond to the changes that have already happened, then we invite transformation.
Transformation calls us to deep reflection and thoughtful, intentional action. It requires vulnerability and courage. It requires trust and faith. It is bursting with possibility, and it is primed for anxiety and grief. Transformation is a journey, and I would be honored to travel with you on that journey.
